TUESDAYS

MUSCLE or KICKBOX  6:30 to 7:15 pm

 Alternating each week. 

YOGA STRENGTH 7:30 to 8:15 pm

THURSDAYS

CIRCUIT 6:30 to 7:15 pm

YOGA STRETCH 7:30 to 8:15 PM

Spring Session Fees (11 weeks) 

VIP = 4 classes per week $440

1 class per week $150/2 classes per week $300

Please bring your own mat.

Class Descriptions

Muscle Buffet:

 

Alternating Tuesdays ​6:30 to 7:15 pm

A muscle conditioning class using a variety of methods and equipment to target all major body parts as well as those you have forgotten. Feast your muscles on this!

Kickbox:

 

Alternating Tuesdays ​6:30 to 7:15 pm

Agility exercises to improve endurance and aerobic capacity, followed by kickboxing exercises using gloves and pads to improve co-ordination, build strength and release tension. Let's Kick butt!

Yoga Strength: 

 

Tuesdays 7:30 to 8:15 pm

This is an invigorating class consisting of a series of postures to increase strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. Vitality is optimized with exertion and relaxation. Namasté.

Circuit: 


Thursdays 6:30 to 7:15 pm

Endurance and resistance training performed in a timed circuit using various stations and equipment to increase your metabolism and lean muscle mass, while blasting fat and having fun... well, maybe not too much fun!

Yoga Stret​ch:


Thursdays 7:30 to 8:15 pm

Rejuvenate your body and mind with a series of poses to promote relaxation and stress release while increasing flexibility, range of motion and balance. Relax and enjoy. Keep calm and carry on!
