Muscle Buffet:
Alternating Tuesdays ​6:30 to 7:15 pm
A muscle conditioning class using a variety of methods and equipment to target all major body parts as well as those you have forgotten. Feast your muscles on this!
Kickbox:
Alternating Tuesdays ​6:30 to 7:15 pm
Agility exercises to improve endurance and aerobic capacity, followed by kickboxing exercises using gloves and pads to improve co-ordination, build strength and release tension. Let's Kick butt!
Yoga Strength:
Tuesdays 7:30 to 8:15 pm
This is an invigorating class consisting of a series of postures to increase strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. Vitality is optimized with exertion and relaxation. Namasté.

Endurance and resistance training performed in a timed circuit using various stations and equipment to increase your metabolism and lean muscle mass, while blasting fat and having fun... well, maybe not too much fun!
