Individual

With today's busy schedules, not everyone has time to get to the gym. I understand that it may be intimidating to go to a large health club on your own and attempt to reach your fitness goals.

 I can design a fitness program based on your unique and individual needs and goals for you take home to do on your own in the privacy and convenience of your own home or in my private studio. 

Small Group

If you prefer to workout with others, you may choose to participate in small group personal training. You will receive the guided instruction of a Personal Trainer at a lower cost. This is the perfect option for those who like to workout with a friend or family member, but need guidance and instruction. You can enjoy the camaraderie of working with others while making progress towards obtaining your goals. Whether you have a specific training goal or special consideration, small group training can benefit you.

Small Group Packages

Each session is 1 hour. No assessments are done. This is strictly a workout customized for your group. 

You choose what type of workout you want (cardio, muscle, stretch, circuit, boxing, yoga etc.)

Sessions must be paid in advance to ensure confirmation of scheduled times and dates. All cancellations made by you less than two business days prior to the date of your scheduled training session, will result in the full session fee being charged. This policy is in effect to encourage commitment to your fitness program; I apologize for any inconvenience; please take care in choosing times and dates when booking sessions.
